This is a transactions link feature that would allow users to view transactions in a more "Phantom-like" way, making it easier to understand transactions similarly to Phantom.
Photo attached contains an example of a transaction involving movement of tokens/SOL.
This will replace Solscan.

On Solscan, users will not be able to view a transaction until it is finalized.
