I wanted to excange some solana into usdc and somehow you guys auto selected usdc SUI even tho it was aug 25 and u guys stopped accepting it, now i can't get my money out. The reason is that when i get my 24 seed I can't use it in slush that u guys say to use because neither on mobile nor the desktop version accepts 24 seed only 12. now my assets are frozen and I can't keep trading if I wanted to. I don't wanna add any more cash since i got just extra frozen. I been trying multiple wallets bybit okx etc.. but noone takes usdc sui. I contacted u before DAN replied with an email saying it should accept the 24 I showed him proof that it didn't but he never replied, so please somehow work out this issues cause its very unfair.
